Lashkargah (BNA) Eight armed terrorists were killed and four others have been wounded in air strikes conducted by Afghan security forces in Helmand province.
The terrorists were suppressed in parts of Mosaqala and Sangeen Districts last night.
ANA senior commander in south of the country told BNA, eight Taliban terrorists were killed and four others were injured.
According to reports, two strongholds of the terrorists with all war equipment were also destroyed in the strike.
According to another report, a series of blasts were prevented in Helmand province.
Security officials with collaboration of people discovered and defused ten mines from busy roads of the province.
Local officials blamed Taliban for the failed mine plantings.
Taliban mostly planted bomb and mines on crowded ways of the province, which victimized civilians.
