S. Korean Ambassador Calls On Khalili

Kabul (BNA) The ambassador of South Korea to Afghanistan,
Siong Du met with second vice president Mohammad Karim Khalili here yesterday, press office of presidential palace said. 
In the meeting according to the source, the ambassador first presented the invitation letter of Korean prime minister and head of oath taking ceremony of new president of South Korea, to Khalili, saying a number of international leaders and personalities would attend the ceremony where the new president will be the host. 
Besides stressing for enhancing bilateral relations, the ambassador also announced his government’s readiness to support Afghanistan in the field of transport and reconstruction process.  In his speech, Khalili described South Korea as a good friend of Afghanistan and thanked it for its contribution in rebuilding process of the country.
