
KABUL (BNA): A delegation led by Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi is expected to visit Doha, Qatar, in a week to discuss some important matters with American authorities, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated on Thursday.
The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdul Qahar Balkhi said that a delegation of the Islamic Emirate, led by Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, will travel to Doha at the end of this month and discuss some crucial issues with US officials.
The meeting’s primary issues would be the removal of sanctions, the blacklisting of Islamic Emirate officials, the release of Afghanistan’s bank reserves, and the discussion of violations of Afghanistan’s airspace.
During this trip, the Afghan delegation will also discuss on bilateral relations with some Qatari officials.
