Kabul (BNA) Narcotics are those materials that absorb sound judgment from a healthy body kill senses, spirit and intelligence and take mankind to death. Narcotics and drunk are those sinister phenomena that first jeopardize the mankind body and then his life. It is necessary to keep away from them particularly addicted youth should be treated. At the same time, addicts should neither use drugs in public places a make drunk particularly among teenagers and children that jeopardize their life in the future. Narcotics are those devastating and nasty materials that claim life of large number of people every year. Large number of countries particularly Afghanistan is fighting for elimination and eradication of this harmful material. The government is making efforts to treat the addicts first and seriously fight narcotics to decrease use of drugs gradually and prevent its cultivation. The government and people are required to make indefatigable efforts and join hands against this devastating phenomenon until its eradication.
As the decades long devastating wars and conflicts in the country, paved the way for increasing poppy cultivation, today it has been changed to a universal problem. On the other hand the holy religion of Islam has strictly made it illegal our constriction has also forbidden it. Drug production and supply is a crime. So it’s necessary to cultivate a legal alternative instead of this illegal and sinister material. First we should prevent poppy cultivation in the country, so we should find its alternative. Large number of our people specially youth and teenagers are unfortunately affected and addicted, the government and people should first prevented these addicts and then pave the way for their employment so to enable them to give up drugs use. Prevention of drugs cultivation and cultivation and use and decrease of its level requires and decisive war which needs a national, regional and international cooperation as public awareness is one of the most important elements of this campaign. First of all children, teenagers and youth should be given essential awareness. Addiction is not a crime but it is a mental problem as well as a disease that its important and basic roots are poverty, destitution, unemployment, family disputes, migrations etc. Simultaneous with addiction, the person affects with other diseases.
Ultimately we can say that drugs and drunks destroy mankind life, weaken healthy body, decreases affection with people and family and friends and relative and develop the spirit of isolation in the mind of addict. The Afghan people are required to fight against this nasty material, launch local, national and regional awareness campaigns and describe its disadvantages to public.
