Dr. Sadat Hints At Youths’ Key Role In Country-Wide Peace

Kabul (BNA) The exhibition “Peace” was jointly opened by the deputy ministry of youth affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture and GIZ office in Kabul here on Wednesday, November 30, BNA reported.
According to the agency, the exhibition includes, paintings, calligraphies, handicrafts, photos, books and other works related to peace made by the country’s youth across the country. Addressing the ceremony, acting minister of information and culture and deputy minister of youth affairs Dr. Kamal Sadat thanked GIZ for the support of the exhibition, adding youth plays key role in establishing of durable peace in the country. Briefing the participants on programs of the deputy ministry on youth affairs, Dr. Kamal Sadat said that youth can play important role in development of a country through education. Meanwhile coordinator of the office on civil peace in Kabul, Dr. Andres, spoke related to youth, adding youth should not blame government and the community, and else they should have asked themselves what have done to their government and community. Dr. Andres encouraged youth to actively participate in development and rehabilitation of their country.
