
KABUL (BNA) Acting Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in a meeting with the country’s chargé d’affaires in Tehran, said that serious steps should be taken to provide more facilities to Afghans living in Iran.
Acting Prime Minister, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir met with Afghanistan’s ambassador in Tehran, Mawlavi Fazl Mohammad Haqqani, according to a statement released by Arg.
During the meeting, Mr.Haqqani said Afghans living in Iran are happy with the Islamic Emirate and mainly with the Afghan embassy, and their problems are addressed promptly by the embassy.
He said Iran has good relations with Afghanistan and we are striving to strengthen these ties.
For his part, Mawlavi Kabir said that the Islamic Emirate, including Iran, wants good and friendly relations with all its neighbors and the international community.
The acting PM stressed saying that serious steps should be taken to provide more facilities to Afghans living in Iran.
