Kabul (BNA) Chaired by chief executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, the session of economic committee of council of ministers was held yesterday.
In the session, various economic issues in particular development and problems of ongoing programs, strengthening of private sector and lasting development goals in Afghanistan were discussed.
Expressing happiness over achievements during his visit to Saudi Arabia, the country’s chief executive asserted that besides government delegation, a number of national traders have also paid visit to Saudi Arabia, adding that trade and investment were discussed in meeting with Saudi Arabia’s officials. He said that Saudi Arabia was interested in investment in agriculture, natural resources and infrastructures.
