Kabul (BNA) Personnel of national security directorate of Balkh province arrested a person with 700 Kg yesterday.
Ahmad Farhad Spokesperson of Balkh governor told BNA, this person arrested from 10th precinct of Mazar-e-Sharif while he was transferring 700 Kg explosive materials in 32 rice bags from Pakistan to Mazar-e-Sharif city.
According to the source, primary investigations from the arrested person showed that it is due these materials use in destructive actions during Ramadan month in that province.
Investigations are underway in this regard, said the source.
