Kabul (BNA) A military vehicle was partially destroyed in Kabul today after a magnetic mine exploded.
Kabul police spokesman Ferdows Faramarz told BNA: At around 8:7 this morning, a magnetic mine planted in a military vehicle exploded, injuring one person and destroying part of a vehicle.
The incident took place in Sarai Jali area near Aria town٬ minutes after the incident, the police received another mine from the same place and made it safe.
Faramarz also said police found and defused another landmine in the area.
In less than eight days, this is the first explosion of a magnetic mine in Kabul.
