Kabul (BNA) Korea Open Taekwondo championships with participation of 183 athletes from world countries has officially begun in South Korea today.
Bashir Taraki trainer of Afghanistan National Taekwondo Team today said BNA correspondent, in the first day of the championships Muhssan Rezaee an Afghan taekwondo player could defeat his Russian rival and to face with his South Korean rival in the second match.
Rohullah Nekpa, Muhssan Rezaee, Hekmat Zenat and Somiya Ghulani are participating as Afghan taekwondo athletes in the championships, Taraki added.
The tournament to be continued for 4 days.
