Mehtarlam (BNA) The security officials discovered and confiscated 17 mines in Kunar, Nangarhar, Nooristan and Laghman provinces and prevented from a series of explosions.
A security official in east of the country told BNA, the mines were discovered and confiscated with collaborating of people in the provinces.
He blamed Taliban for the failed planting mines said, efforts are underway to arrest the culprits of the incident.
Taliban mostly planted bombs and mines on busy roads of the provinces, which victimized innocent civilians.
