Kabul (BNA) The Senate in its message on the occasion of 3rd Hoot, 1358 when the people of Kabul staged demonstration against the invasion of the former Soviet Union, had paid.
Tribute and prayed for the departed soul of those who defended the country and the religion against the Red Army occupation.
In the message, the Senate said that the people of Kabul on 3rd Hoot 1358 with empty handed came to streets and by chanting the slogan Allah Akbar (God is Great) denounced the invaders and the puppet Regime in Kabul.
The Senate in the message also stated that the people of Afghanistan like their ancestors would defend the country’s freedom and independence.
