Afghanistan National Football Team to Face Kuwaiti Team

KABUL (BNA) Afghanistan national football team will face the Kuwaiti team in a friendly match.
The match will be held on Saturday 26 of this month, at Amirhan Stadium in Antalya, Turkey.
The Afghanistan national football team has set up a training camp in the Turkish city of Antalya to prepare for the Asian qualifiers through intensive training and friendly matches.
Anosh Dastgir, the head coach of the Afghanistan national football team, told BNA that his feudalists are ready to kick off the match.
He said that in this friendly match, he newly invited players to the national team, and find the team of his choice for the Asian qualifiers.
The Afghan national football team is set to face Cambodia, India and Hong Kong in the Asian qualifiers in less than two weeks.
On the eve of these match, Anosh Dastgir has invited at least four new players from the European-American and Australian leagues to the team.
To advance to the Asian Cup, the Afghan national football team must score well in its group against Cambodia, India and Hong Kong.
It is said that among these four teams, the second team with the highest score will reach the 2023 Asian Cup in China.
