Kabul (BNA) The National Security and Defense Forces (ANSDF)National Day is an appropriate respond and thanksgiving to the security forces that stand against terrorists, respond to external aggression, safeguard the country against extremism and prevent mafia bands to rule this land.
Although the day will be an opportunity to honor the security and defense forces, and at the same time it can cause to identify the challenges that these forces are facing with and in the critical juncture, they are defending the people and the country. These forces have also had good achievements in the battlefields.
Meanwhile, our security forces are unique, regular, powerful and independent, which possess necessary capabilities to carry out tactical operations on militants and Taliban.
As we know, recently terrorists have not had the power to confront the security forces of the country, and they are carrying out suicide and explosive attacks on civilians, and they want to undermine ANSDF achievements in the public minds.
It is better to address the Afghan security forces problems than mentioning to their strength and courage. Today, the soldiers are in the midst of smoke, fire, dirt and dust and defending the country. They are not afraid of the enemies; no attention has been paid to their problem and the authorities fall short of their requirements.
It is worth mentioning that our forces are not getting their wages on its due time and they ignore the problems facing by disabled and crippled soldiers. Less work has been taken place for missing soldiers. It is hoped that the National Unity Government (NUG) to address these demands and take them into consideration. In such a day, assurance should be given to the people that they are removing the gaps, otherwise celebrating this day will be stereotyped and ceremonial. The security forces of the country have enjoyed considerable trust among citizens. The support of the people and their cooperation with ANDSF are key factors in maintaining of security in the country and can put positive impact on security situation as no development will be possible without cooperation of the people.”
While, the national day of ANSDF is a special day for the people of Afghanistan and on this day, our people are proud for the courage and strength of those who are struggling to defend the lives of the people and the country’s territorial integrity. It is hoped that in this day besides rewarding these forces, be an opportunity to eliminate the vacuums created in the connection
