Taliqan (BNA) A Taliban leader who dressed woman cloth was detained by Afghan security forces in northern Takhar province today.
Mohammad Hanif Rezaee Shaheen 209 army corps spokesman told BNA the Taliban leader has been detained with woman cloths by police forces while escaping from outskirt of that province.
No report has given about the name and location of the detained leader so far.
