Kabul (BNA) Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan offers its deepest sympathies to the people and governments of Republic of India for the precious lives lost in the Uttarakhand glacier burst, on February 7, 2021.
In a statement, Foreign Minister Mohammad Haneef Atmar expressed his deepest sympathies to Minister of External Affairs of India Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, the families of victims and all those affected by the disaster.
“We are standing in solidarity with the people and government of India at this difficult time.
We pray for the lost lives, safety and swift recovery of those missing,” the statement added.
