Commander of Armed Taliban Killed With His 2 Men

Kabul (BNA) A commander of armed Taliban with his two foreign bodyguards were killed in clearing operation led by Afghan National Army (ANA) special unit (Commando) in Kandahar province.
Defense Ministry spokesman press office told BNA, ANA special unit (Commando) forces conducted clearing operation in Maiwand district of Kandahar province in which Mullah Shah Wali a commander of armed Taliban with his two men were killed, 6 wounded and 69 people who believed to having cooperation with armed Taliban arrested.
In the operation weapons, heavy ammunitions, military equipment, 5 vehicles and 10 motorcycles have been seized by ANA forces.
Also during a similar operation conducted by ANA forces in Qarghaye district of Laghman province, a remote control mine discovered and detonated.
