Kabul (BNA) Officials in state ministry for natural disaster management said, ten people lost their lives due to heavy flash floods in Herat and Ghazni province.
Aslam Syas deputy minister for the ministry says, based on primary reports, 9 people lost their lives in Herat and a person lost his life in Ghazni province until now.
Women and children are among the victims of the incidents, Syas added.
Despite of human casualties, the floods have caused heavy financial losses as well, Syas concluded.
