Kunduz (BNA) A Taliban leader with his 7 colleagues were killed in Kunduz province yesterday.
Mohammad Hanif Rezaee spokesman of Shaheen 209 army corps told BNA, Qari Shafiqullah a leader of Taliban with his 7 colleagues were killed in a conflict of defense and security forces in Amam Sahib District.
According to Rezaee, six other insurgents have been injured and several villages of the district were cleared from insurgents.
It is said that over the past four days, most casualties have been inflected to Taliban in that province that number of Taliban prominent commanders were also among the dead.
Another report says, mine clearing team of Shaheen 209 army corps discovered and defused four mines of Taliban in Sholgara district, Balkh province.
