Kabul (BNA) First Vice President Amrullah Saleh met with British Ambassador for Afghanistan, Alison Blake, here in his office on Thursday.
British ambassador condemned the attack on VP Saleh’s convoy, calling it an attack on republic and Afghanistan system. Both sides also discussed Afghan government’s programs for fighting corruption and international cooperation, the statement from VP’s press office said.
VP Saleh briefed the British Ambassador on Afghan government’s programs and emphasized on government’s firm determination for fighting corruption and promoting of good governance in the country.
