Kabul (BNA) Information and Culture Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs Timor Shah Ishaqzay signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the in charge of Oxfam in Kabul, reports BNA adding that based on this MoU the project of “My right, My voice” will be implemented in Keshem, Baharak, Shuhada districts of Badakhshan province with the cooperation of this organization.
During the signing ceremony, Ishaqzay pointed out that according to this MoU learning, employment opportunities and faculties will be created for the youth of this province.
Other parts of the MoU include youth awareness, youth and children rights, computer learning programs, providing of information and campaigning materials on education, health and creation of excurse grounds for youth inside the country gaining of further awareness.
Calling the role of youth valuable in the country and attention to this stratum as priorities he said” learning programs for youth as the first step will be launched for six months in probation form in these three districts will be extended to other provinces.
