Kabul (BNA) According to the provision of item 18, article 64 of the constitution, on the occasion of Asad 28 (Aug 19) the 95th independence anniversary, I approve and endorse the relaxation and amnesty of punishment of civil and military prisoners who have been sentenced to punishment, as the following:
First Article:
The provisions of articles one to twelve of presidential decree 62 dates 5.5.1393 that was already issued on the occasion of Eid-u-l fiter on relaxation and amnesty of punishment of prisoners would be implemented on those prisoners on whom the courts verdicts were absolutely issues and finalized or are eligible to the above mentioned decree.
Second Article:
This decree will be enforced on Asad 05.1393.
