Kabul (BNA) The construction work of an orphanage has started in Faizabad city the provincial capital of northern Badakhshan province.
Ahmad Faisal Bekzad governor of Badakhshan told BNA correspondent, the orphanage to be constructed at the sum of 1,000,000 USD funded by Turkey on 3 acres of lands in Faizabad city within the next 18 months.
