CE Extends Condolence To Saudi Arabia Over Incident In Masjid Al-Haram

Kabul (BNA) Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in a message has extended condolence to Saudi Arabia government over deadly incident caused by falling a crane in Baitul Haram, where dozens of pilgrims have been martyred including an Afghan national and injured including 29 Afghans.
In the message, the country’s chief executive said, “As representative of Afghan Muslim nation and government of Afghanistan Iam extending my deep condolence to brother and Muslim country of Saudi Arabia government, its people and all Muslim nation over the deadly incident and wishing paradise to those martyred in the incident, urgent recovery to the injured and patience to their families.”
According to reports, 107 pilgrims have been martyred and 238 others injured from various countries of the world.
