Kabul (BNA) Urban culture, order, cleanliness, law and ultimately providing every facilities is the wish all people.
But a question raises here that how and when all above mentioned needs will be available. We can courageously and frankly say that answers to all over questions are only with citizens and inhabitants of the capital. Because if every dear citizens observe traffic regulation during movement and use sidewalks instead of roads, remove banana peel or plastic bags and other additional things from roads or sidewalks that make our environment dirty based on their patriotic responsibility take care of the urban order and help the relevant bodies to prevent disorder in the city. If our every shopkeeper or wander observe justice, fairness and economic condition of countrymen during transaction and similarly if our every responsible citizens respect prevailing laws and regulations and enforce it on himself and in short if our individual citizens help concerned departments in removal of social problems and urban obstacles or plant a sapling in his environment or take care of already planted trees, not only the abovementioned goals will be achieved quickly but also other facilities will also be available to people, but on the condition that our citizens take sincere steps in this direction and help concerned authorities who are responsible in above fields. But if our dear countrymen and citizens remain careless and irresponsible and leave removal of all current urban problems and disorders to one department (Kabul municipality) and imagine that there is such an administration who is responsible to do all these jobs, clean the garbage’s and removal all problems and should keep the city clean and people be sank in shame sleep, it seems impossible to have a favorite environment. Urban culture and order would only be prevailing in our city and our city would be free of garbages that our citizens move and join hands with relevant bodies.
