Jalalabad City (BNA) A suicide attacker before detonated himself in a crowded areas was arrested by National Directorate Security (NDS) personnel in eastern Nangarhar province.
Jamil-ruhman the suicide attacker, who is affiliate to ISIS terrorist group wanted to exploded his explosive material among innocent civilians in Jalalabad city the provincial capital of Nangarhar, which timely identified and captured by NDS personnel.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman of Nangarhar governor said BNA reporter, the attacker in order to ISIS commanders living in Pakistan dispatched to Jalalabad city for carrying bloodiest incident on civilians.
The arrested suicide attacker four months ago joined with ISIS group and was involved in several armed attacks including attack on Deh Bala and Acheen districts of the province.
