Kandahar (BNA) Two insurgents were killed in Afghan National Army (ANA) forces operation in Kandahar province last night.
Col. Mohammad Muhssan Sultani responsible of 205 public relative corps of that province told BNA, the operation launched by ANA forces in relevant areas of Maiwand and Zheri districts of Kandahar province, in which two armed rebels were killed and four others wounded.
According to the source, during the operation some regions of the districts cleaned from the existence of militants and the operation will be continuing, till the districts obviously clean from the presence of insurgents.
The Source further added, during the operation some war equipment and ammunitions have been seized.
