Kabul (BNA) Ministry of Information and Culture has asked officials of all social networks to avoid publication of statements and comments harmful to national unity and prevent disrespecting individuals and using improper interpretations and words to each other.
Minister of Information and Culture Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen is stressing that social networks can play vital role in news reporting by delivering useful statements, but unfortunately it is seen that harmful and abusive comments are released against national unity and people through Facebook and Twitter. I hope the officials of the social networks will pay serious consideration to the issue and make efforts for its amendment.
