Senate Approves Law For Diplomatic, Consulate Staffs

Kabul (BNA) The senate with Fazal Hadi Muslimyar on the chair in its session yesterday approved the law for diplomatic and consulate staffs in the diplomatic missions of the country, press office of the senate house said.
The house also criticized Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for his remarks in UN general assembly in which he termed Afghanistan as an occupied nation, saying Afghanistan is an independent country and repeated interference by its neighbors forces it to seek support from US and other countries with UN mandate.
The senate also condemned the rocketing of Pakistan on the eastern borders of the country.
