Kabul (BNA) 76 smugglers arrested accused of narcotic drug smuggling by Afghan National Police (ANP) forces from different parts of the country.
Counter-narcotic drug judicial center’ press office in a statement told BNA, Afghan National Police forces arrested 76 people accused of narcotic drugs and alcohol beverage trafficking in across the country.
414 kilograms heroin, 6 tons morphine, more than 5 tons opium and 860 liters alcohol beverage have been discovered and obtained from the arrested people.
It is mentionable that the smugglers arrested from different provinces of the country, source added.
Meanwhile, officials of counter-narcotics ministry reported from the increasing of narcotic drug trafficking in the country.
