Anti-Quran burning protests enter 4th day

Kabul (BNA)  demonstrations continued for fourth day in the capital Kabul and a number of provinces of the country.  The demonstrators condemning the incident of burning the Holy Quran asked for punishing the perpetrators.  The demonstrations launched in Badakhshan, Takhar, Laghman, Baghlan, Jawzjan, Parwan and Nangarhar provinces where the demonstrators condemned the incident of burning of Holy Quran in Bagram airbase and called it anti-Islamic act and asked for punishment of the perpetrators.  The demonstrations continued amid NATO commander to Afghanistan General John Allen, US defense secretary and UN special representative apologized from the Afghan government and people for the incident happened in Bagram airbase.  Unfortunately, a number of Afghans were killed and injured during the demonstrations in the country.
