Kabul (BNA) Chaired by acting minister of information and culture Prof. Mohammad Rasoul Bawari, the high art council’s meeting was held yesterday.
In the session, directors of Arts and Afghan Film and Music delivered report of their relevant sections to the council.
Acting minister of information and culture said that formation of high art council and attention to art and artist was the ministry’s key tasks, stressing that the council had big jobs for development of art in the country.
Afterwards, the session discussed modification or changing statute for operation of the council, decision in connection with the council’s fund and invitation of general meeting of the council.
The session was also attended by advisors to the ministry Dr. Tariq Reshad and Delawar Nazirzoy.
