Armed Oppositions Killed in Kandahar Latest Clashes

Kabul (BNA)  13 armed oppositions were killed in recent conflicts in Kandahar province  last night.
The clashes occurred in suburb of Spenboldak district bazaar near Durand Line and Arghandab district while, a group of armed oppositions stormed on security forces convoys.
A security official in the south of the country told BNA, in the conflicts, 13 armed insurgents lost their lives.
It is mentionable that, no harm and casualties suffered to security troops and residents in the clashes.
Another report says, three blast were prevented in Kandahar province.
Security forces with cooperation of local residents discovered and defused three mines which were planted by insurgents in a crowded area of that province.
They said that with planting of the mines Taliban wanted to organize a series of deadly events to civilians, but fortunately not succeeded.
