Armed Rebels Killed In Laghman Clashes

Mehtarlam (BNA) As a result of recent conflicts in Laghman province, four armed rebels was killed and two others wounded last night.
The rebels were killed and injured in clashes by security forces in Alishing and Alinegar districts, Laghman province.
The first clashes occurred in Alishing district while a group of armed rebels attacked on a local police post.
Sarhadi Zwak spokesman of Laghman governor said BNA, in the clash, three armed rebels lost their lives and two others wounded.
He also confirmed that a local police was martyred and two others wounded in the clashes.
Likewise, another clash occurred in Kondi village, Alinegar district which caused killing of an insurgent.
According to police, dozens of light and heavy weapons were seized by police forces in the clashes.  T. Suraya-Yarzada
