We’re Asking For Our Rights Related To Durand Line,” Karzai

Kabul (BNA) Former President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai in seminar titled ‘Durand Gandumak’ held Tuesday said, “We have no differences with the people of Pakistan and don’t try to fight as well.” At the scientific and research seminar held by Afghan Research and Consultative Center, the country’s former President said, “We want to have a free and civilized life and we as human not for diplomacy want our rights as each human is asking for.”
“As the dateline of the agreement has ended and it’s vital and important for us, we are not in favor of tension, but we want our rights and try to reach to this goal through human and peaceful ways,” Karzai further said. In the seminar, Abdul Hameed Mubariz, Shahidullah Shahid, Habibullah Rafi and Nasrullah Stanekzai also spoke related to dimensions of the issue, asserting that no legal document had been signed by the name of Durand – Gandumak, adding that it had been only a draft and there were documents which were not worthy and credible legally.
