Kabul (BNA) The leadership of the security sector of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in yesterday’s meeting discussed the general security situation in the country and future measures.
At the meeting, the National Security Adviser praised the leadership of the security sector, which, as a result of better coordination and continuous efforts, was able to take the best security measures to hold the consultative Loya Jirga, a statement from Office of the National Security Council said.
The meeting described the activity and coordination of the country's security and defense forces as a good example of capacity building and self-sufficiency in the short term, and wished them increasing success in the future.
Yesterday’s meeting also focused on securing highways and preventing terrorist attacks by magnetic mines.
