Kabul (BNA) Eklil Hakimi, Minister of Finance met Mr. Shubham Chaudhary, director of the World Bank for Afghanistan in his office yesterday.
They discussed regarding of Brussels Conference Action Plan, Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) future Strategy, Revenue Increment and Cooperation on developing project. At the end, it is decided that Brussels Conference Action Plan should be discussed with details on the steering committee meeting of donors. The World Bank Director reaffirmed of its support to the Brussels Conference Action Plan. According to another report, Eklil Hakimi, the Minister of Finance also met with Mr. Mohammad Reza Bahrami, Islamic Republic of Iran Ambassador for Afghanistan in his office yesterday. They discussed regarding the Memorandum of Understanding draft of Petroleum between Ministry of Commerce and Industries of Afghanistan and Minister of Petroleum of Iran, Banking Cooperation between two countries, 4th line of Khawaf-Herat Railway, and Renovation of 30km Abu Nasr Farahi Road, Tax Affairs and other relevant issues.
