Kabul (BNA) President of Afghanistan Islamic Republic initialed a decree on amendment of article 179th of civil court procedures principles. The decree reads:
Article One: I initial the amendment of article 179th of civil court procedure principles which was approved in the meeting dated 05.12.1392 of council of ministers.
Article Two: The Minister of Justice and State minister for Parliamentary Affairs are tasked to present this decree in 30 days from the holding of the first session of parliament, to house.
Article Three: This decree is enforced from the date of initiation and to be published in official gazette with resolution of the council of minister and the relevant amendment.
