Kabul (BNA) Consultative session of provincial councils’ law was held yesterday under the chairmanship of second vice president Sarwar Danesh in Kabul.
In the session, independent administration of local organs delivered brief report in connection with processing of the law and current condition of the law.
Members of the session by discussing and overall reviewing the respective law stressed on enforcement of provincial councils’ law and its written authorizations issued in a decree by presidential office.
In the session, the decree related to overseeing authorizations of provincial councils was approved.
Based on the decree, provincial councils could implement all authorizations written in the law issued in 2007.
According to the decree, independent administration of local organs is to facilitate implementation of the authorizations written in first article of the decree in provinces.
