Kabul (BNA) The Ministry of Information and Culture (MoIC) expresses deep regret over the heartbreaking incident in friendly Korean country’s ocean of Andizhan, where more than 100 people mostly students lost their lives.
The ministry shares it grieves and pains with the Korean people and government and expresses condolence and sympathy to the families of the victims of the horrible incident.
