Jalalabad (BNA) 16 Daesh loyalists were killed and 11 others have been injured in a series of air and ground raids in Nangarhar province late last night.
The fighters were targeted in Hasaka Mina, Khogyani, and Achen Districts.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, 16 Daesh fighters were killed and 11 others have been wounded in the raids.
Another report says that the security officials discovered and seized eight mines from crowded areas of Nangarhar province.
According to another report, the security forces discovered two weapons caches of Taliban in that province.
The caches were kept in Daesh strongholds in Khogyani and Lalpor Districts.
