Afghanistan Youth Achievement In Sport Fields Sign of Their Ability, Talents, Khalili

Kabul (BNA) The leading body of National Olympic Committee met yesterday with second vice president Mohammad Karim Khalili here in Kabul.
According to presidential press office to BNA, in the meeting, acting chairman of National Olympic Committee Fahim Hashimi spoke and asserted that National Olympic Committee had become independent from directorate of physical training after nearly 70 years.
Pointing out the holding elections in the committee, Hashimi hoped that implemented changes in the committee could help in improvement of sports and absorption of investment and legalization of the committee.
In the meeting, a number of directors for sports federations spoke and praised the country’s leading panel and national committee of Olympic for their supports.
In the meeting, second vice president Mohammad Karim Khalili while expressing happiness over the paved environment in the committee hoped the changes would help in improvement and development of sports in the country.
The second vice president asserted Afghanistan youth achievements in sports sector were signs of their ability and talents. Hinting that investment and valuing sports would result in positive social and cultural outcome, the vice president stressed that national committee of Olympic should become an environment for improvement and development of the country’s youth talents.
