Kabul (BNA) The Committee on Laws with Second Vice-President, Sarwar Danesh on the chair discussed the drafted law on higher military education institutes and modification of article 27 of the laws of academy of sciences.
In the meeting matters relating legislative documents of security organs, preventing several legislative documents and ensuring justice in perk and privileges of the cadres in the fields of military are the objective of the law in higher military education institutes. Better coordination of documents and development of military education in the country are the expected outcome of the drafted laws. Members of the committee also presented their viewpoint and proposals about the drafted on higher military institutes and establishing cultural and scientific relations with national and international military institutes. The draft, after discussion was endorsed in principle and referred to the ministry for justice to finalize it in coordination with security organs and the Higher Education Ministry.
