Kabul (BNA) National army forces conducted a clearing operation for elimination of armed rebels in insecure areas of Maidan-Wardak province.
Ministry of Defense press office said BNA, the operation which was launched in Chak district of the province several armed insurgents were killed and a large number of rebels wounded.
Sources added, two bombs, 500 kg explosive materials and military equipment have been seized by security forces from insurgents’ hideout in the province.
