Taliban Militants Attack On Dangam District Leaves 14 Dead

Kabul (BNA) At least 14 armed oppositions were killed following Afghan security forces clearing operation in Dangam district, Kunar province.
Ministry of National Defense press office spokesperson told BNA, Afghan security forces launched an operation, while a group of armed rebels attacked on Dangam district of Kunar province, in which 14 Taliban militants were killed and 22 others were wounded.
According to another report, a notorious commander of armed rebels, who was involved in organizing of a terrorist attack on Shah Walikoot district’s building of Kandahar province, before reaching to his evil goal targeted by Afghan National Army forces and arrested along with two Kalashnikovs and some explosive materials.
Also Afghan National Army forces conducted a clearing operation in relevant areas of Khashroad district, Nimroz province, as a result another commander of Taliban militants along with his bodyguard arrested.
