MAZAR-e-SHARIF (BNA) Officials from the Anti-Narcotics Directorate of the Balkh Police department have arrested 37 people in the past three months on suspicion of drug trafficking in that province.
Qari Ramazan Zakeri, director of counter-narcotics at the Balkh Police Command, told the BNA “Security officials arrested these people in several separate operations in the center and districts of Balkh.”
According to the source, the dossier of the suspects has been sent for further persecutions.
