Kabul (BNA) At yesterday’s session of the Senate chaired by Fazel Hadi Muslimyar chairman of the senate, during which the chairman and members of the administrative reforms and civil services answered the questions of the senators.
The question session was considered by the senators as unsuccessful for there were differences of views among the senators and Dr. Mushahed head of the administration reforms and civil services.
The senators alleged that there is no transparency in employment of cadres at the government and mostly relations are preferred in the process rather their qualification and honestly.
They also criticized injustice in specifying of salaries in the name of super scale that is also taking place on the basis of relations between the cadres and the authorities.
Dr. Mushahed called the process of employment through the competition as very successful alleging that the process is taking place under the supervision of authorized commissions and even in presence of members of the parliament of the country.
