Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) Three civilians were wounded in a blast in Pul-e-Khomri city, Baghlan yesterday.
Jaweed Basharat police spokesman of Baghlan said, a bomb struck shortly in front of a police recruiting center in the northern city of Pul-e-Khumri.
Three civilians were injured in the blast, he added.
