Daesh Another Program of Pakistan Intelligence In Afghanistan

Sunday, March 27, 2016

Kabul (BNA) Daesh terrorist activities are a serious threat to Afghanistan and central Asian countries.  To overcome these horrible threats a close regional coordination needed.
According to BNA report, a number of Afghan politicians expressing the statement say that the Afghan government and its international allies should take serious the presence of Daesh Khurasan branch ringleader in the country. Afghanistan and international forces should not only take effective measures for eliminating this   professional terrorist, but to find out how and who helped him to enter the Afghan soil.
Recently Habib Sayedkhaily the police chief of Kunar has said that there are speculations that suggest   Hafiz Sayed the ringleader of Daesh in Pakistan has hidden with 85 household of Daesh in mountainous areas of Serkani district Kunar province.
The Kunar police chief insists if the rumors and speculations prove to true, Hafiz Sayed should be captured or be killed.
Hafiz Sayed a Pakistani citizen is a mastermind of terrorist attacks not only in India but also in Afghanistan and Pakistan. He had the leadership of Lashkar – i- Taiba in Pakistan. Although, after the deadly attack on Bombay in 2008 the activities of Lashkar – I – Taiba banned and Pakistan government committed to pursue Hafiz Sayed but he freely continued his activities and participated in rallies launched by his supporters.
Hafiz Sayed in addition of involvement in many terrorist incidents in Pakistan and Afghanistan but also was active in recruiting militants for Taliban in Pakistan and was behind several deadly attacks on religious minorities. He attacked repeatedly on religious sites of Christians and was infamous on carrying attacks on Shiites minority in Pakistan.
The presence of Hafiz Sayed in Afghanistan is questionable; also, he was under the persecution of international community and there was some million dollars for his capturing but he could successes to extend his activities and remain as before in the scene with new programs.
Although Pakistani generals and its army repeatedly insisted that, they would not allow a single member of Daish in their country but contrary to their claim, most of the leaders of this heinous group in the region are Pakistani citizens. Also, a number of Pakistani citizens includes women in Karachi, Lahore and other cities of that country recruiting militants for the group and help them in delivering illegal arms and equipment’s. The presence of Daesh in Afghanistan without the assistance of foreign organization was impossible.
The residents of Achin district of Nangarhar province and the local authorities of that district repeatedly have said that Daesh men regularly supporting from the other side of Durand Line and most of the group’s member who are active in Achin and other places are Pakistani nationals.
In addition, the citizens of central Asian countries, Chechens, Chinese Elghores and terrorists of Arabic origins are accompanying them and only a small number of Afghans cooperating them as guides in Achin.
Zaher Qadir the first deputy speaker of parliament has also talked about the presence of hundreds foreign terrorists in some parts of Nangarhar province and criticized the relevant authorities of the country on that regard.
A number of Afghan security experts seriously believed that rocket and artillery attacks by Pakistani military forces are part of a program that aims to move the terrorist groups to Afghan territory.
The experts say Pakistani army authorities since several years have designed a program aiming to provided stronghold in areas close to Durand Line or deep in eastern districts of Afghanistan and enforce the local residents to leave their houses and properties. The presence of Daesh leader Khrasan’s branch is a part of this program. As evidence, a number of Daesh members including Gul Zaman and Shidullah Shahid Pakistani citizens killed in foreign air attacks.
The security affairs experts insist that considering the great influence of Hafiz Sayed on Pakistani religious parties, traditional community, and Pakistan army, he was advised to live in area close to Durand Line. In this way the Pakistan military authorities and politicians rid of the evil presence of this notorious Daesh ring leader in Pakistan territory which was severely criticized by India and some other countries and on the other hand fail the program of the countries designed for killing Hafiz Sayed.
Dispatching terrorists to Afghanistan is a part of old Pakistani programs that indicates that it is not honest in its commitments and action, because the definition of terrorism in Afghanistan and Pakistan is not the same. Afghanistan is a victim of terrorism and the mobilizing force of terrorism. Now it depends to the countries that are fighting against terrorism what stance do they take against Pakistan? At same time Afghan people who have paid the highest price in war against terrorism and extremism hope the countries who are truly committed to fight terrorism to rid them from the evil of Hafiz Sayed and his criminal associates.
