Qanooni Instructs Concerned Ministries To Look After Problems In Khost

Kabul (BNA) The First Vice-President Mohammad Younus Qanooni received dignitaries of Khost province in his office the other day.
Led by Khost governor Abdul Jabbar Naeemi and accompanied by some lawmakers from Khost, briefed the vice president about the problems of Khost people. According to presidential press office to BNA, the vice president while lauded the role of the people of Khost in defending the country and Islamic values said that the government has the responsibility to do its best for the solution of the problems.
To solve the problems of the people of Khost, the vice president instructed the ministries for rural development, public work, agriculture, defense and transport to take necessary steps for the solution of the problems of Khost inhabitants in its earliest.
According to another report, the first vice president received a number of athletes including boxers on the other day. The vice president besides presenting gifts to the athletes said that your achievements are the source of prides to every Afghans.
According to another report, the first vice president met with dignitaries of Kohe-Safi district in his office the other day. According to BNA, Mawlawi Shahzada Shahid and two others, on behalf of others briefed the vice president about their problems, demanding the government to build roads, schools, hospital, Medressah or religious school, Jamia Masjid. In his address, the vice president while appreciated the role of Koh-e-Safi people during Jihad days, saying the Mujahideen passed through Koh-e-Safi had been treated as guests by you people. The vice president also assured the delegation that the problems of Koh-e-Safi district will be solved via concerned bodies of the government.
